Gillian talks about Sex Education and The Crown, two vastly different series the actress appeared in, in this NPR interview from late 2020. Listen to her talk about her experience portraying former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in The Crown. NPR's Terry Gross also asks Gillian about her work playing a sex therapist in Sex Education, and to talk about her own sex education.

Terry Gross couldn't let Gillian get away without asking her about her time on The X-Files as well. The final part of the interview focuses on her time as Dr. Dana Scully, and her rise to fame at a young age.
